These Terms of Service govern your use of pestrepulse.com and purchases made from the PestRepulse online store. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from them.
1. Store and customer eligibility
PestRepulse currently serves customers in the United States. You must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information and be legally able to enter into a purchase contract.
2. Product information and responsible use
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and instructions accurately. Screen colors and packaging details may vary. Products must be used only as directed and with compatible outlets, locations, and household conditions. PestRepulse products are not a substitute for professional inspection or treatment where an infestation is severe, persistent, hazardous, or presents a health risk.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, inventory unavailability, delivery restrictions, or incorrect customer information. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable tax, if any, is shown during checkout.
4. Shipping
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Our current U.S. shipping terms, tracking process, address-change limits, and delay guidance are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns, damage, and defects
Eligibility, authorization, item-condition requirements, exclusions, and refund timing are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. The 90-day period is a return window for eligible unused products, not a risk-free product trial.
6. Intellectual property
The PestRepulse name, site design, original copy, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to the store operator and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.
7. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use the site for unlawful activity.
8. Availability and liability
The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for a valid product claim is limited to the remedies available under the applicable order and store policies.
